All you need to know to explore the city with all kind of transport
We offer a great list of travelling until you get to our hostel, and the city of Oslo offer great public transport for you to move around the entire city. Literally 24/7
From the airport you have the option to travel with flytoget (express train) or with flybussen (express airport bus), Metro, and taxi.
Within the city you can use Bus 31 (runs all night), Metro 4 (Westbound only) and Metro 5 (both directions). On weekends, children (below 16 year) travel for free with an adult, up to 4 children per adult. Below 4 years is free of charge.
We do not recommend to drive to city center by car due to traffic and parking. However, the city offer great deal of public transport.
From Gardermoen airport to our hostel by car is a distance of 47 KM, estimate 39 minutes drive. We offer free parking at our hostel.
Below we have listed last departure possibilities from central station up to sinsen and from sinsen down to central station.
From central station: Metro (Metro 4/Metro5 both directions) 00:51/12:51 am - Tram (Tram 17) 01:40/01:40 am - Bus 31 runs all night 24/7 From Sinsen: Metro 00:57/12:57 am - Tram 00:21/12:21 - Bus 31 runs all night. NB! When returning from the city the metro is called: 5 RINGEN or 4 VESTLI via Storo (only westbound)
